We currently have an opportunity for 3X Care and Support Workers with NVQ Level 2 to progress into a Senior Care and Support Worker role and complete their NVQ Level 3.

This role will involve supporting and caring for an elderly person in their own home in Gateacre providing exceptional care and support in all aspects of the clients day to day life.

During this role you will be providing personal care, dietary care, household duties, helping with money, pets, managing diary, and being both a listening ear and an engaging conversationalist when needed.

Alongside providing excellent care and support you will be expected to attend meetings, complete learning and training, assist with admin duties and report writing and log all care, support and observations.

To be able to carry out this role you will have to have your own car that you are able to use for work. You will have to have an NVQ Level 1 in Health and Social Care and at least 1 year's experience of being a carer. You will have a bright and friendly personality and will be able to problem solve effectively as you will be lone working for most of your work.

The hours for this role are at minimum 35 with opportunity to pick up overtime. The pay rate will be £8.75 per hour with 28 days paid holidays. You will be required to work weekends but will have some flexibility in days worked. You will work 5 days a week and will be on either an early shift or a late shift between the hours of 7am - 11pm.
