Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate Waking Night, Residential Support Workers to work within a Residential home for young people within the Preston area.

You will be working for a high-quality Residential care provider, for children and young people based in the North West of England. They deliver individualised care packages to young people from a wide range of backgrounds.

As the Waking Night, Residential Support Worker you will complete the morning and night routines with the Young people, providing handover to you colleagues. You will complete regular checks of the Building ensuring all young people are safe. You will also provide emotional support to the young people throughout the night.

This is a great opportunity for further development and experience working with young people. The successful candidate will hold a relevant experience and relevant health qualification would be desirable.

This is a full-time position with a salary of £17,500 In addition to exciting benefits and opportunities for training, progression and career development.
