We have a unique opportunity, supporting a mother and baby unit! We are looking for individuals who are available for waking nights on a temporary basis.

The role of the support worker is to support the parents and their babies encouraging them, teaching them parenting skills but essentially being a professional parent. You will be there to motivate and teach them how to nurture their babies.

The ideal candidate will be someone with a caring nature, ideally have done a similar role before or have personable experience. You will be reliable, consistent and flexible to work last minute shifts.

You must have a minimum of 1 years paid work experience within the social care sector, or 6 months with a relevant social care qualification. If you have a Level 3 qualification in social care this would be ideal but not essential!
