Job Description
Role: Waking Night Support Worker
Location: Yate
Salary: £21,060 - £24,627
Contract: Full Time 37 hours,

About the job:
You`ll be supporting these adults to self-independence.
You`ll become familiar with the service users care plans and their routines.
Ensure safety and security of the home
Follow Positive Behaviour Support and Care Plans
About you:
You`ll be empathetic and someone who`s looking for career progression
You`ll need experience providing support to people with mental illnesses or supporting in general.
You`ll have knowledge and understanding of recovery principles and embedding the ethos of recovery into your own practice
