Night Support Worker
£8.72 - £9.20
Weston-Super-Mare

Our client is looking for fantastic Night Support Workers, to work in a brilliant, brand new supported living service for adults with learning disabilities, in Weston-Super-Mare.

As a Night Support Worker, your duties will include:

Ensure the service users are safe throughout the night.
Complete administration tasks including scanning.
Assisting with ad-hoc projects
Be alert at all times.
Work 3 nights/ 4 nights per week

You will be responsible for engaging and involving Service Users in the development of their personal targets and support (when needed), you will work as part of a dedicated support team providing 24/7 cover in a residential service. You will have plenty of challenging but exciting opportunities to work with individuals of various complex needs and situations.

To apply for this role, you need:

Experience gained within a similar role within the care sector
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to manage own time effectively and prioritise workloads
A person-centred approach
The ability to plan for yourself and others
Ability to work calmly and efficiently in within a busy environment including unpredictable times
