Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to join a Residential Service for adults with Learning Disabilities for Adults.

As the Waking Night Support Worker you will support with the risk assessments and support plans in addition to providing emotional support throughout the night and providing intervention where required.

The ideal candidate will hold the right values, confidence and attitudes which is more important than experience. Key qualities will be a natural resilience to challenges, the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other agencies, self-motivation and most importantly the ability to be passionate about promoting independence and active lifestyles.

This is a 35 hours per week contract with a salary of £14,942 including 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, a contributory pension scheme, life assurance, staff reward schemes, family-friendly policies, discounted mobile phone and car schemes and a confidential Employee Helpline.
