Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Waking Night Support Worker to join a Residential home for Children and Young People with Mental Health needs and Emotional behavioural needs.

You will be joining an excellent provider of Residential Childcare, one that provides specialist support to vulnerable Children and Young People. They deliver individualised care packages to young people from a wide range of backgrounds.

Your duties as a Waking Night Support Worker will include completing the morning and night routines with the Young people, providing handover to you colleagues. You will complete regular checks of the Building ensuring all young people are safe. You will also provide emotional support to the young people throughout the night.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career within Children's Residential. Ideally you will have a good understanding of vulnerable Children and challenging behaviour.

This is a full time permanent position with a salary of £15,936-£17280 plus excellent benefits and career progression opportunities.
