Job Description

** Waking Night Support Worker **
** Northampton, Northamptonshire **
** 12 month fixed term contract in the first instance - full time **
** £9.41ph - £9.52ph / £20,551 - £20,791 **
** 4 nights on and 4 nights off **
** 8pm - 8.30am **
** Working with 2 males in a brand new service with Learning Disabilities, mental health and Autism **
** Brand new team **

BS Social Care are currently recruiting for Waking Night Support Workers within the Northampton area of Northamptonshire. This role will be to work within a brand new service supporting 2 males in supported living setting. The role includes working 4 nights on and 4 nights off shifts over a rota of Monday - Sunday.

Daily duties include...
To support the people using our services to achieve their life goals
To assist with the safe and successful daily running of the service
To work as part of a team towards agreed service/contract targets
Manage, improve and maintain their own physical and mental well-being
Develop life-skills including budgeting, money management, tenancy sustainment, access to public services, further education and/or employment and living well in the community
Live more fulfilling lives and develop new meanings and purposes
Take control over their life, through their own choices and decisions

About the ideal candidate;
For this role, it is essential that you hold experience within Learning Disabilities, mental health and Autism. Being a driver is an advantage but not essential.

For this permanent and full time role, you will be offered £9.41ph - £9.52ph / £20,551 - £20,791 which covers a 42 hour contract alongside a whole host of benefits. You will work part of a rolling rota between Monday - Sunday.
