We are currently seeking passionate Waking Night, Residential Support Workers to work within a Residential home for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex needs.

Working for an fantastic organisation who are the UK`s largest provider of specialist autism services. They bring passion and expertise to the lives of 100,000 autistic people every year.

As the Waking Night, Residential Support Worker you will complete the morning and night routines with the Adults, providing handover to you colleagues. You will complete regular checks of the building ensuring all Residents are safe. You will also provide emotional support, personal care and House duties throughout the night.

This is a great opportunity for further development and experience working with people with Autism and complex needs. The successful candidate will hold a relevant experience in the Health and Social care.

This is a 27 hour post working 3 nights on 3 night off with a salary of £14,799 In addition to exciting benefits and opportunities for training, career development and the opportunity to obtain your Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
