Your future employees are an established charitable organisation that provides support to young people across homelessness projects, providing a safe supported living environment for the young people where young people are supported, enabled and empowered to prepare for independent living.

THE ROLE:
Positions available both in Morecambe and Lancaster for suitable applicants!

Within the project, your role as a Night Time Attendant will be vital in ensuring the safety of the young people during the night. This is a waking night opportunity to work on a full time, ongoing rota basis, initially on a temporary basis with possibly the opportunity of permanent pending progress.

You role will be non-stop, challenging and rewarding! Main responsibilities will include ensuring health & safety routines are carried out and adhered to, concierge duties, to safeguard the young people within the service, to record in line within recording policy and to ensure young people adhere to the House Code. Engagement with the young people themselves and building rapport with them is an essential part of the role in line with the company's home from home environment.

ABOUT YOU ...
Experience working within a similar post and relevant qualifications for working with young people in a care setting will be advantageous. A good understanding of the role and an ability to work on a rota basis will be required. There will be no lone working, however an adaptable, robust and not easy fazed attitude will be required.
