My client is currently looking for a residential childcare worker to join one of there residential homes working Waking night shifts based in the Crewe area.

You will have experience working within a children`s residential setting and be committed to making a change to children`s lives going above and beyond to do what you can to make sure that the highest standard of care is given.

Your job role will be to assist the Registered Manager and Deputy Care Managers in achieving the aims and objectives of the Statement of Purpose. To support and manage the staff team to enable them to meet the needs of the children and young people. To undertake direct work with children and young people as appropriate. To ensure each shift is planned and resources allocated. To work in partnership with other professionals to achieve optimum outcomes for young people. To offer supervision and support to staff in line with the Quality Standards for Children`s Homes 2015 and as directed by the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Care Managers.

You must have previous experience working within a childrens setting, Have your own car and be a hard working committed member of staff.
