Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate Waking Night, Residential Support Workers to work within a Residential home for young people ages 6-11 that have experienced trauma, abuse and neglect.

As the Waking Night, Residential Support Worker you will complete the morning and night routines with the Young people, providing handover to you colleagues. You will complete regular checks of the Building ensuring all young people are safe. You will also provide emotional support to the young people throughout the night.

This is a great opportunity for further development and experience working with young people. The successful candidate will hold a relevant experience and relevant health qualification would be desirable. A Full UK Driving License with access to your own car is essential.

This is full time, permanent position working a rota of 4 nights on 4 nights off with a starting salary of £18,870-£19,819 plus excellent personal and professional development opportunities.
