Job Description

We have a great opportunity to work for a Client that works for the Government. The Workforce Assistant will join the Workforce Planning and Intelligence team for London, collaborating with the workforce officer and managers. The post holder will support several short-term projects relating to planning, data and intelligence activities that will support national priorities for the NHS workforce, this will also include writing reports and managing an Inbox. The pay rate will be £15.29 an hour, and this will be a temporary assignment for approximately 3 months, until the end of March; Monday - Friday; 09:00-17:00, 37 hours per week, remotely (flexible).


Qualifications and experience:
" A good level of numeracy, strong attention to detail and advanced computer skills are essential.
" Excellent working knowledge in a range of packages including MS Office (Excel, Word)
" Willing to learn new packages and advance current skills.
" Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
" Evidence of excellent organisation and time management skills
" Ability to work without supervision able to work on own initiative by organising and prioritising your own and others' workloads, to changing and often tight deadlines
" Strong administration experience


Desirable:
" NHS previous experience, HEE experience
" Public Sector Experience
