Young Persons Support Worker

Here at BS Social Care we have an exciting role working in a college in Pembrokeshire. This fantastic college offers a varied curriculum which offers its students the opportunity to develop their communication, social, work and living skills.

Your role will be to offer general support and guidance to young adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour, in the college and the residential setting. You will assist with activities including practical land-based and craft activities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six months relevant experience within the last year and will be passionate about working with young people. You will be an enthusiastic and positive individual who thrives off making people's days better! You will be caring, patient and understanding.

Benefits include flexible working hours to fit around other commitments, with varying shifts available including; morning and afternoon shifts, long days and waking nights. You will receive a competitive rate of pay with additional holiday pay and pension contributions.
