- Must be available Flexible - Mon - Sun shifts 11am - 7pm, 9pm - 9am,
- Accrued holidays

- £11.00 + Per Hour
- Competitive hourly rates
- Guaranteed minimum of 28 Hours a week and work more hours should you require.

Their focus is to create brighter futures for vulnerable children and young people aged 16 to 24 years. By providing safe supported accommodation, rehabilitation services, and assistance with employment, community integration and sustainable independent living.

Preferable skills to perform in this role are:
Control and Restraint Training
Experience in supporting Young People of Mixed Sex
Experience managing Emotional Behaviour Disorder
Experience managing Challenging Behaviour young people,
Experience in dealing with low to high Mental Health Needs.
Offering support plans to meet their changing needs in their everyday life.
Encourage the young people to make independent choices and take them out of their comfort zone so they can learn new things, so they can become active members of the community.

Having a background in Children Residential Homes, YOT, And County Lines is welcomed too.

To register with BS Social Care, you will need a minimum of 2 years` experience working with Children and be able to supply 5 years referencing. Minimum Qualification Required is an NVQ Level 3 Children & Young People An enhanced DBS will need to be completed which is a cost of £50 or if you have one on the update service then this can be accepted.
