Job Description

** Young People Team Leader (16years - 18years) **
** Rushden, Northamptonshire **

** Young Peoples residential home 4 bedded with learning disabilities **
** BRAND NEW HOME **

BS Social Care are looking for a Team Leader to work on a full time and permanent basis for a 4 bedded home within the Rushden area of Northamptonshire. This role offers £11.50ph working shift patterns of early/lates, long days or weekends. This company is a small company consisting of 3 homes.

About the employer; provide a personalised provision, for children and young people with learning disabilities and complex support needs including Autism, Epilepsy, Mild to moderate Learning Disabilities and complex behavioural needs, all within a homely environment.

About the job; the purpose of the job is to deliver high standards of care, protection and support to children and young people with learning disabilities and related complex needs by facilitating their physical, psychological, emotional and recreational development. You will be a go to for the service users, the staff and the management team for many aspects of the home and the services provided.

About the ideal candidate; to apply for this role, you must either currently be working with children and young people or have at least 1 years experience of working with children and young people within the last 1-2 years. Both must be within a either a residential home, a transitional home or very similar. You will have Team Leader, Deputy or Manager experience within this setting, knowledge of the CQC standards, sound knowledge of learning disabilities and will have relevant qualifications.

In return, you will be offered a full time and permanent role paying £11.50ph alongside 28 days of annual leave, personal development, pension, able to work in a brand new home and more.
