Do you have experience working across housing projects supporting young people aged 16-25?

We have opportunities available for skilled Support Workers with experience of working across housing projects and homeless projects to support young adults aged 16-25 who may require support with day to day living skills, support with tenancy management, housing benefits and general support with accessing education and employment opportunities, whilst assisting with health and safety checks.

This is an excellent opportunity to get a foot in the door with one of the UK's leading children's charities!

Your passion and dedication to make a genuine difference to the lives of young people will be invaluable within this role, as will your prior experience of working in similar services, your understanding of working with young people and ability to engage with them.

A minimum of 1 year's recent experience supporting young people aged 16-25 in similar settings will be required or a minimum of 6 months with a relevant qualification (NVQ Level 2 Health & Social care or equivalent).
