Job Description

We are recruiting for a Youth Worker for Waking Nights for a fantastic establishment specialising in working with young people who have experienced homelessness!

Your role would include providing support to residents, adhering to support plans, assisting with daily living skills, supporting young people 16- 25 years old, offering advice & guidance and providing support with accessing employment or education services.

You will be a supportive person who can communicate well with young people. You will be a calm individual who is proactive and can diffuse situations well.

If you have previous experience of working within the social care sector (minimum of one year) or 6 months' experience with a social care qualification and have the passion and commitment to make a difference to the lives of young people we would love to hear from you!
