Job Description

Temporary contract
Full time 37hours per week
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Pay rate -£9.06 increasing to £ 10.86 after 12 working weeks

Support to team, dealing with general Customer Service enquiries for both Crown and Magistrates/Jury officer duties/Reception duties/Dealing with Correspondence/Switchboard duties/General office duties/. There may be some CVP (video link hosting). Training will be given on all aspects of the role.

Typical qualifications and experience: five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent), NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or suitable clerical experience. Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
