Job Description

Administrator

£18,000 per anum

11:00am - 20:00pm Monday - Thursday

09:00am - 18:00pm Fri

To provide a high standard of administration support, delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers within a critical time frame. Complying with customer service level agreements and internal procedures to achieve defined key performance indicators.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· To be appointed to this role, the following are minimum requirements:

You must have experience of:

· working to tight deadlines

· using IT systems

· providing outstanding customer service

· working well under pressure

· working to defined key performance indicators

· dealing with data processing

The following experience is desirable but not essential:

· working in a fast paced customer service environment
