Job Description
Our public sector client are looking for a temporary worker to join their team as an admin officer.
You will be performing routine administration to the complaints team. Your day to day duties will include:
- Sorting and distributing mail,
- Photocopying, filing, posting and proof reading data,
- Answering telephone calls,
- Making phone calls to practices,
- Relaying messages and sign posting,
- Data input on the complaints system
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the following:
- Customer service
- Dealing with sensitive and confidential information,
- Knowledge of office 365,
- Clear communicator, assertive manner,
- Good writing and note taking skills,
- Able to multi-task,
- Awareness of data protection principles,
- Able to maintain confidentiality and trust
This is initially a temporary contract until the end of March 2022. This is a full time role - 37.5 hours a week. The pay rate for the role will start at £10.29 and increase to £11.53 after 12 weeks in post.
