We are currently recruiting for experienced Care Assistants to work in the Vale of Glamorgan area supporting elderly individuals in a residential setting. You will be responsible for supporting as part of a team to deliver quality care and support to these people to ensure they have the best quality of life possible! Personal care will also be a requirement to support in this role.

To be considered to work in this role, you will need

• To be flexible.
• To be reliable.
• Experienced working with adults with additional needs.
• Patient, kind and have effective communication skills.
• Work well within a team.
• Drivers are desirable.
• Manual handling and PBM trained although we can offer this to you at no cost.
