Role: Care assistant
Location: Gloucester, Cam, Quedgley, Stroud
Salary: £10 an hour,
Contract: Full time, permanent, 40 hours a week (Flexible shifts. Must be available on weekends)

You'll be supporting people who have physical disabilities, mental health issues, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. The aim of the support worker role is to enable the people you support to become independent.

About the job:

We are looking for dedicated and committed support workers to join a highly reputable local organisation to support their service users in the Gloucester area. The people you'll be supporting are active and engaging, so you`ll need to have a can-do personality as you'll be busy from the moment you say, "Hi".


About you:

• You'll have minimum 6 months experience in care
• You'll have a pro-active personality, the more you put in the more you`ll get out
• Being a driver is preferred but not essential
• The client is keen to get you started ASAP, so if you have a DBS on the update service then even better!
