There is a Home Care Agency that specializes in the provision of high quality care to elderly individuals, people with mental health difficulties including those with dementia and Alzheimer disease, adults and children with physical and learning difficulties and children with autism.
On a day to day, Your Job will consist of 30 - 38 hours per week as well as on call once a month and half day on the following Monday. You will be planning and allocating the workload for the care staff. Managing and reviewing care plans, interview and select potential care staff, assist with invoice and pay roll queries and ensure client visits are not missed as the care you help to provide is very important to the people you support.
In order to be successful within this role, you need to be someone who is hard working, has a flexible approach without shying away from doing what is necessary to ensure the right care is provided to the service users.
In return for your hard work, you will be offered a Salary of up to £21,500 + monthly bonuses based on performance and an on-call bonus of up to £100, you will also receive a company pension which outranks many organisations, free parking the local area and other incentives which will be discussed further post-appointment.
