I am currently working with an establish provider of home care that are seeking CARE COORDINATOR for their Birmingham based setting. They are an organisation that have branches nationwide and most branches have GOOD and OUTSTANDING CQC reports.
They provide a person-centred care approach to all their clients which makes them a number one choice amongst families seeking care for their loved ones.
Your role will be predominantly office based, but you will also be responsible for sharing the on call rota and from time to time, you will be required to cover care calls.
Other duties will include:
* Rota management
* Staff supervisions
* client assessments
* Report writing
* Care and support planning
You will be part of a larger team so being a team player, being organised and being pro active are also key skills.
To be successful within this role you need to have experience within the domiciliary care or healthcare sector at senior carer level, be a driver with access to a car and hold the level 3 in health and social care. Experience of producing and managing rotas is essential.
