Job Description

Registered manager job opportunity available with a recognised provider of learning disabilities, nursing and residential care and support based in Staffordshire. Based within an 8 bedded residential service, currently rated "Good" with CQC, you will provide focused support to adults with learning disabilities, complex care needs and behaviours which may prove challenging

A private, family run employer, this organisation has seen significant growth and recognition over the last few years and has a strong reputation for the delivery of quality care.

As registered manager, you will be responsible for the operational day to day management of a small residential service for adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex care needs and behaviours which may challenge in Stafford.

You will manage an established team to ensure that all care delivered is in line with both company and CQC procedures. You will effectively drive continuous improvement and service recognition, whilst ensuring the people in your care are supported at all times. Most importantly you will support the people who live here to achieve their individual goals and lead full and productive lives.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a competent background as a registered manager for residential service for adults with learning disabilities and have an in depth understanding of autism, complex care needs and behaviours which may challenge. This is a full time, permanent role which will require you to have flexibility to share the "on call" rota and potentially work some weekends.

You will hold the Level 4 in health and social care, RMA or level 5 in leadership and management and be eligible to register with the CQC as a manager.

Due to the rural location of this service, you should hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

This exciting registered role is offering a highly competitive salary. You will also receive 5.6 weeks annual leave and continued training. Moving forward, there will be an opportunity to progress and develop within the organisation.
