I have an exceptional opportunity available for a care home manager to oversee the running of a small, homely residential service for adults with learning disabilities in Walsall.

You will become a committed, hands-on manager who developes into a key player within a reputable and established organisation.

Employed on a full time basis, you will support adults with both physical and learning disabilities. You will create a welcome and homely service for your clients and their families and encourage social interaction, dignity and independence. You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining care and support plans, conducting risk assessments and internal audits and ensuring you are delivering high quality person centred care and support in line with CQC and company guidelines.

To be considered for this job role, you will have:

* A proven background within a deputy or care manager role for adults learning disabilities services
* Holds the QCF 5 in leadership and management for care services (or equivalent)
* Hold up to date medication training
