We are looking to recruit Senior Care Staff in a wonderful home in a quaint village near to Gosforth!

This charming home has had a lot invested into it and been refurbished so it has become the most homely and beautiful accommodation for their service users, ranging from a lovely little dining area to a delightful garden. The employer has been appraised by CQC and has been smashing 5-star reviews from the loved ones of the service users.

These jobs will come with challenges of dealing with dementia patients, physical disability and impairment and challenging behaviour. The job will be very rewarding and comes with a handsome wage of £10.60 an hour.

Duties
- Supervise a team of care assistants
- Write care plans
- Complete patient medication records
- Develop and lead activities for service users
- Keep families up to date about their relative`s progress
- Train and mentor new staff

Required to be double vaccinates, have a NVQ Level 2 at least and be medications trained.
