We have an exciting opportunity arisen for a Case Co-ordinator to work in a brand new hostel based in Warrington for our local based client.

In this role you will be working closely with service experiencing homelessness, drug and alcohol misuse and complex needs. As a case-worker you will be developing and coaching them to achieve and sustain sustainable outcomes. Part of your role will also involve planning activities, and developing relationships with partner agencies.

You will need to have at least your NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and experience of a similar role.

Hours for this role will be a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off working days 07:55-19:00 & 45 min lunch the pay for this role is £20,000 per annum and you will get a minimum of 5.6 weeks and extra Company Days as per policy.
