Residential service for children and young people - Immediate start!

Our client is currently looking for competent children support workers who will go above and beyond mentoring and guiding children and young people between the ages of 13 to 24 to reach their potential and pushing them towards independence. You will help these individuals learn new skills, develop confidence and support with education, training or employment. But you need to make sure they have fun along the way.

Position: Children Support Worker
Location: NW1 0YE
Hours: Full time or part time

Potential temp to perm role

Guaranteed hours

Duties:
Supporting learning, independence and experiences
Manage well-being
Person centred approach
Promoting and ensuring privacy and dignity


Minimum requirements to work with BS Social Care as a Care Worker:
Recent 6-months care experience
You must have the right to work in the UK
For registration you must have your -- Passport, Biometric Residence Card, Proof of address, National Insurance and an enhance DBS
You must have a good level of English and be able to communicate
A warm and personable nature with the ability to work with patience and understanding.
