My client is in the process of opening a brand-new Children's residential home and has amazing job opportunity based in Canvey Island, supporting children and young people between the ages of 11 - 17 who have been adversely affected by circumstance and are emotionally vulnerable.

The ideal candidate:

Qualifications: NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management/Young Adults and Children
Experience: Proven experience in a managerial role within a residential setting for young adults


About the role:

Salary: £40-45k (dependent on experience/qualifications)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (primarily part time hours until the home is registered with CQC)
Location: Canvey Island
