Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Residential Support Workers with a passion for working with children and young people.

You will need to be kind, fun, and a role model to children and young people in difficult circumstances. You will need to be strong and persevere when faced with challenging behaviour. To understand the needs and support required for dealing with difficult and emotional, behavioural and social difficulties.

The job of a residential support worker can be tough however the rewards of seeing a child or young person grow and flourish in a healthy happy environment are second to none.

* Hold a QCF level 3 in Residential Care with Children and Young people's workforce.
* Hold an accredited certificate in Control, Restraints and De-escalation Methods
* Be over the age of 21
* Must be prepared to work 24-hour shifts (including sleepovers) on a rota basis

£9.00 - £11.50 per hour + SLEEP INs
