BS Social Care present an amazing opportunity for a passionate Registered Childrens Manager to over see a 5 bedded childrens home which is part of an established organisation.
Your responsibilities will be to manage the general day to day running of the home as well as spending time with the service users in the home and make sure that they are supported and cared for. You will be making sure the house is a home to the young people and they feel they have a place to call home. You will be leading your team to make sure they are also following your lead giving the best care and support.
The successful candidate will need a driving license and a minimum of a Level 3 in Children and Young People and will have experience managing a childrens home as well as a sense of adventure to be able to make memories with the young people!
