Children's Residential Manager

Salary: £42,000 - £49,500 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday (9-5)

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated leader with a passion for children and young people's services? Brook Street Social Care have an exciting opening for a Registered Home Manager to join an organisation in Swansea. In this role, you will oversee a nurturing environment for four young individuals, making a positive impact on their lives.

We're seeking someone with a QCF Level 3/5 in Children and Young People, (minimum level 3) along with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. They are committed to providing holistic support for young people facing challenges such as emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and trauma. They create an environment where every individual can thrive and build a positive foundation for their future.

As a Registered Home Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead and inspire a dedicated team to create a nurturing environment.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality care tailored to each young person's unique needs.
• Implement and oversee care plans, focusing on emotional well-being and development.
• Manage day-to-day operations while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• QCF Level 5 in Children and Young People (minimum level 3)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• DBS on the update service is desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Full UK Driving License.
