Job Description

My client is seeking experienced childrens residential support workers to supervise and support the residents within a beautiful residential setting in the Worcestershire countryside.

Your role will involve looking after children and young people with learning disabilities, Challenging behaviour and/or autism across 8 separate units based on one larger site. You will need to be confident in working professionally with youngsters with Autism: also to engage with activities, assisting with personal care and ensure safety and well being.

Ideal applicants will have NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children) - WITH THIS QUALIFICATION HIGHER RATE OF PAY WILL BE OFFERED
