Children's Residential Support Worker

£10 - £11ph + Holiday Pay and Pension Contribution

The Role

You will be working as part of a team on the ward delivering quality care and support at a Children's mental health secure unit ages 13-18.

Full-time and Part-time hours available, with options for long day shifts and waking night shifts.

Desirable Skills/ Qualities

The ideal candidate will have worked with children in a residential setting and have experience working with children who may present some challenging behaviour.

Being a driver with access to your own vehicle is desirable but not essential. Successful candidates will also have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

Holding a form of restraint training (e.g. PBM/ PMVA) is ideal for the role.
