Job Description

B.S Social Care are currently recruiting for experienced Children Residential Support Workers to work ad hoc shifts within Young people services based in East & North London.

You will be required to work on a rota with various shift patterns including waking nights and Sleep ins. The shifts are solely based on the clients daily requirements so you need to be flexible and reliable.

Your clients could include children in care with physical or learning disabilities, mental health problems, addiction issues or other emotional or social needs.

You will be supporting the children on a daily basis. The young people are independent but will need support when required which could be attending appointments, trying to help them back into the community, helping with school work, and assisting with any other outdoor activities. You will need to be confident with report writing and carrying out handovers to other members of staff.

We can offer:
- A competitive rate of pay, £9.00 onwards
- On going training and support
- Flexible hours to suit your life style - day and night shifts available

To register with BS Social Care you will need a minimum of 2 years' experience working with Children and be able to supply 5 years referencing. An enhanced DBS will need to be completed which is a cost of £50 or if you have one on the update service then this can be accepted.

If you are interested in registering with BS Social Care for this role please call the office on 0208 519 7220 to speak to Alec Simm or email your CV
