In partnership with a Midlands based charity, I am recruiting a COMMUNITY SERVICES MANAGER to join their team.

This is an exciting and unique opportunity that will require you to oversee the day to day running of a mixture of commissioned services, contracts and non-commissioned activities across the West Midlands region including an information helpline and all-age community hub services.

The successful candidate will:


o Actively develop services within the region, by building relationships with funders, commissioners, and stakeholders.
o Manage and support the Assistant Managers of the current services, in Birmingham, Solihull and the Black Country, supporting with operational needs, and monitoring services.
o Work alongside the Operations Manager - Community Services to develop services, that are innovative and creative, and which adapt to meet the needs of autistic adults, children and the people who care for them.


To be considered for this exciting role, you MUST:
" Possess an excellent general level of education (grade A to C in core subjects)
" Understand the issues faced by autistic children, adults, and their families, as well as, knowledge of services that support autistic children and adults, such as social care, provision for children and young people SEND and welfare to work programmes
" Be IT literate and competent, particularly with Microsoft 365, Word, and Excel
" Hold a full valid driving license and be a car owner
