" Act as the first point of contact for existing clients and provide excellent client relations.
" To have a proactive approach & have effective verbal communication.
" Analyse and deliver customer needs successfully.
Here`s what we need from you:
" Great communication skills, Verbally & Written.
" Willing to learn & maintain effective relationships with clients.
" Previous experience in customer service, In person or over the phone.
This is a permanent hybrid working from home position where you will be required to attend full training and induction in the Milton Keynes office. You must be able to attend the office if and when needed. Working hours are Monday-Friday, Hours are between -7am & 7pm successfully completing a 40-hour week.
" After 1 month of training you have an option to work fully remote from your home, Set up will be provided by our client.
