Job Description

Deputy Care Home Manager - £11.77 per hour - 40 hours per week
Learning/Physical Disabilities
Residential Services

This is a residential and supported living based in Worcestershire, providing support for people with Learning Difficulties/Physical Disabilities. The residential home supports up to 10 adults, offering a variety of supportive pathways, personalised to suit each person`s specific needs. We are focused on the strengths, interests and dreams of each person we support.

We understand the importance of providing person-centred support which enables independence and meets individual`s specific needs. Through our outcomes focused approach, we support people to maintain choice and control of their own lives, our staff are our heroes and they need a leader!

We are looking for a Deputy Manager who has:
* Broad experience of managing people, service and quality within a residential Learning Difficulties setting
* Must have NVQ / QCF in Health and Social Care Level 3 or above and be willing to work towards Level 4
* A high level of personal integrity towards providing a high standard of service
* Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
* Good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice
* A good understanding of commercial principles and practices
