On behalf of an exceptional and recognised provider care and support, I am seeking a skilled deputy manager to join a small residential setting for adults with learning disabilities and complex behaviours in the Walsall area.
Employed on a full time basis, you will deputise for the manager in their absence and oversee the overall running of the home.
On a daily basis, you will lead and mentor a team of support staff, play a key role in person centred planning, personal care and the promotion of independence and drive forward excellent, high quality care and support.
Due to the nature of the role, you will need to have flexibility to work a varied shift pattern to include alternate weekends and share the on call rota.

To be considered for this exceptional deputy manager role, you must:
* Have a level 3 in health and social care
* Demonstrate experience of shift and team leading
* Have previously supported adults with learning disabilities in a residential setting
* Have flexibility to work a varied shift patterns and share the on call rota
