An exciting opportunity has become available for a deputy manager to oversee the day to day running of supported living services, in Coventry. You will join this organisation as a deputy manager however their will be the opportunity for you to become the registered manager after 6 months.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will actively promote dignity and independence amongst the people in your care the provision of education and employment support. You will play a key role in care planning, report writing and administering medication, and will be required to attend staff meetings and all training provided.
You will become a key member of the management team for an established and well-respected care provider who has a great reputation with CQC.
Managing and securing referrals, delivering care in line with both company and CQC guidelines, staff management and training, plus recruitment and finance management will all form a crucial part of your managerial role.
To be consider you must have a strong background in care. You must be either a deputy manager or a strong team leader. Have you NVQ level 3 in Health and Social care and either have or be working towards your Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
For your ongoing commitment you can expect a salary of £27,500. A pension package and holiday allowance. And the opportunity to become the registered manager.
