BS Social Care currently working with an fantastic provider of nursing and care services. They are now looking to add a deputy manager to add to their already fabulous team.

Your role will consist of the following;

Care plan development and assessments

Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, you will provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and oversee the delivery of high quality clinical and pastoral care

liaise with family members, friends and other health care professionals

Adhere to safeguarding rules and regulations and CQC

Lead the team and conduct one to ones, supervisions and career development meetings

To be considered for this role you will be an RGN or RNLD with an active pin and management experience. Be confident in your clinical skills and able to lead a team as well as offer support.
