Deputy manager required to join a leading provider of housing, extra care and residential care for older adults at their modern extra care setting, within close proximity to Dudley.
You will be a pivotal member of an established team, deputising for the manager in their absence, and maintaining a warm, homely and welcoming extra care setting.
As the deputy manager of this setting, you will be responsible for recruitment, staff training and development, quality and compliance, care and support planning and management of a multi-disciplinary team .
You will be a confident communicator and be competent in liaising with external agencies.
This is an exciting opportunity, for a skilled team leader or existing deputy manager with a proven background in extra care (transferable skills from domiciliary and residential care may be considered). You will hold the level 3 in health and social care as a minimum and have excellent CQC knowledge.
As you will be part of the management team, flexibility is required to share the on call rota.
