Deputy Manager

A well established client is looking to appoint a new Deputy Manager for a nursing home based in Crewkerne, Somerset. This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours a week which will also include weekends as well as on-call duties.

You will work closely with the Manager and Clinical Lead to ensure the day to day running of the home is smooth and of a high standard through regular audits and checking compliance. You will take on the responsibilities of the Manager in their absence. You will also be a key member of staff whilst not only managing the team but inspiring them to deliver the best possible care.

About you:

• You will hold a level a 4 in Health and Social Care as a minimum.
• You will have experience of working within a nursing home at a similar level, ideally supporting those who suffer with dementia.
• You will have fantastic clinical awareness.
• You will be able to demonstrate capabilities of leading a team in a friendly, but professional manner.
