Dual Registered Manager required to oversee the running of two small, homely and well established residential settings for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
You will join a forward thinking, national provider who is committed to delivering positive outcomes for the people they support and who invests heavily in staff development and progression.
Your new services, which are both good rated with CQC, and have established staff teams are based in the Sandwell/Dudley and Wolverhampton regions, with a short commute between the two.
You will be employed on a full time basis, and will be required to hold registration with CQC for both sites. Care and support planning, staff management, budgeting and finance, referrals and assessments and liaising with external agencies will form part of your dual registered manager role.
As will all managerial roles, you will be required to share the on call rota and work the occasional weekend.
To be considered for this exciting dual registered manager role, you must:
* Demonstrate a successful background within the learning disabilities sector, specifically as a care manager or above
* Have excellent success with CQC
* Hold a relevant care management qualification
* Be a driver, with access to your own vehicle and flexibility to commute between two closely located sites
In return, you will receive an annual salary up to £35000 D.O.E, generous annual leave allowance, on going training and development and access to other exciting benefits.
