We`re looking for an experienced team leader/deputy manager, to fill a role in our fantastic elderly residential home.
We`re home for 39 residents, we have a proven track record of providing great levels of care and are currently rated as `Good` by the CQC.
You will be enthusiastic about care; it`s all about making people feel valued and providing the best level of care possible. You`ll have plenty of care, where you`ll have had experience organising rotas, supervising staff, creating care plans, as well as doing risk assessments and audits. You`ll know how to be a positive influence when dealing with people, of course it goes without saying you`ll be a good team player, honest and invested in delivering the highest level of care possible.
We`re looking for someone that is happy to be hands on with service users, we hope you feel the same! If you have a level 5 qualification that would be great, but don`t worry if not, if you`re on your way to it, we`ll help you finish it!
