We are looking for dedicated and committed support workers to join a highly reputable organisation at one of their various residential sites in the Central Bristol area. Each home prides themselves on being well organised, fun and energetic and this reflects consistently in their reports.

Alongside caring and supporting young adults, you will help organise activities, provide emotional guidance and promote positive life skills. You will be offered full refresher training and support to progress and develop your skills in this role.

You will only need to have a minimum of 6 months relevant experience supporting in care however experience in Challenging Behaviour will help you greatly. If you have an NVQ Level 3 qualification, full driving licence and a DBS registered on the Update Service you`ll have a fantastic advantage.

Pay rates are competitive, starting at £9.50 per hour and sleep ins are paid at £8.91 per hour, on-going training is available alongside a dedicated team of consultants who will help drive your career forwards with support and opportunities.
