Job Description

Well-established national organizations are recruiting for Full or Part Time Night Support Workers for their 4 bed residential care home in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. You will be working with Adults who have server learning disabilities; site & hearing impaired and can display mild challenging behaviour.

Main Job Role:
- Help assist the clients to bed
- Do regular checks on clients and record this in their care plans
- If they wake up during the night, offer them food, drink, spend time with them and assist them with anything else (try get them back to sleep)
- General household duties (domestic / cleaning)
- There will be some elements of personal care

Qualifying candidates:
- Have life, paid, personal or voluntary experience in care (any setting / sector)

Contract / Terms:
- Salary is £8,403 - £14,705 per annum = £8.08 an hour
- Contracts available are 20 - 35 hours a week
- Monday to Fridays with alternative weekends
- Shifts patterns are 10pm - 8am
