** Permanent and full time **
** Monday - Friday; 8.45am - 5.30pm **

About the job; I am looking for a Consultant to join our expanding team, your role will be to run a perms desk alongside 2 other consultants. You will need to be a self motivated individual to succeed at this role. You need to have the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise your work load to ensure the job gets done. You need to be confident to carry out sales activity over the phone as well as face to face. You need to be a driven individual who wants to be successful. In return you will be rewarded for your performance with an uncapped bonus scheme.

We are ideally looking for a driver who lives locally to the Northampton branch (ideally within an hours drive). You be able to commit to the working hours on offer and ideally have some form of health and social care knowledge or relevance. Some recruitment experience is preferred but not essential. For this role, good clear communication is required as you will be dealing with with people on all different employment levels when making sales calls. You will also have a fun and hard working attitude and be able to juggle a number of tasks but know when to take a 5 min tea break (because we all love a good cup of tea in this office) to come back to your desk with a clear head!

A salary of £18,000 + will be offered for this permanent full time role working Monday - Friday; 8.45am - 5.30pm alongside all of our benefits.
